We have been having a wonderful time in the warm weather. We have been to a few parks, a lake, and Quinn got his first tick! Ticks! I hate ticks! Christian was ready to pack everything up and move right then. I tried to reassure him that bugs aren't a deal breaker and somehow I managed to have an enjoyable childhood despite those pesky, crawly creepers.

Spring is in the air!
Today was 64 degrees! I never thought it would happen this soon. I wish I could say we were out loving the spring sunshine, but sadly, Quinn got the flu today. This is the first time he's thrown up, and it was terrible. It is really hard to have a sick child. I feel so bad and can't wait until he is back to his normal self.
On the brighter side, Daxton has started crawling, he has pulled himself up, and he is getting a baby tooth. He uses his newfound mobility to either grab what Quinn is playing with or to climb into my lap. He is still my snuggle bug! He will rest all of his weight on you while you try to nuzzle him and has head butted Christian a few times.
I'm really hoping here will be more sixty degree days to enjoy, but the weather is crazy so who knows? No, I know it will get warm, but I feel like I haven't left the house all winter. I'm really looking forward to my first summer of not being pregnant or breast feeding in three years. Running, swimming, playing, I can't wait!
